May 2014 saw the gynaecologist again and he concurs there is now a vaginal lump, just under 1cm and it must be removed & biopsied; scheduled one week later. Six days on (including a long bank holiday) and seeing the radiologist again, I am having another groin lump ultra scanned.
He concludes that this lump should also be removed and biopsied and suggests that this might be done simultaneously with the gynae op tomorrow. Great so two for the price of one is a real possibility! Strange how ones perspective changes & what's important to you alters; suddenly I'm really excited about having the operation; I could be lump free!
Its a lovely evening with a full arch rainbow behind the house. What is it they say that a rainbow arches between heaven & earth & is a promise of good to come. So here's hoping the surgeon's blade tomorrow can give find my pot of gold, 'good health'.
